All products and services are sold “as is”. The author assumes the responsibility for the payment, and no refunds will be issued. We do not issue refunds for submission fees once the payment is confirmed and article submitted (if applicable for the journal).

Article processing charge (APC)
We do not issue refunds for APC/ publication fees once the payment is confirmed and paid.

Physical products/ Print hard copy
We do not issue refunds for printed hard copy/copies once the order is confirmed or/and the physical product/ print hard copy of our journals sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or dispatching our journal hard copy.
Digital products/ PDF soft copy
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product/ PDF file is downloaded/ sent.
