Subscription-Based Journals
i-Proclaim journals charge it's readers - individuals and universities. With subscription-based model, both the content and the review process are given freely by the researchers to the i-Proclaim/journal (and in addition pay for the publication itself, even if it is limited to an online version). In parallel, the researchers/authors (or the hosting universities) pay annual subscriptions so researchers can stay up to date with current scientific proceedings. Nevertheless, this subscription type of publication approach eliminates conflicts of interest by the i-Proclaim journals, as it's income comes from the readership and thus i-Proclaim interests and loyalty lie with it's audience and not with the publishing scientists.
