Abstract Submission Guidelines

You need to make sure that the followings are included when submit your structured abstract:

Brief Statement of Research Question
Objective of the Study
Period of Study
Methodology or Model Used
Brief Statement of Findings
Policy Implications (if applicable)
Conclusion
Preferably within 350 Words

Fee Details
All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. The conference fee must be received by 25 November 2017 to confirm conference participation.

Participants from 42 Underdeveloped Countries Institutions will get special concession on registration fee. The countries are:
Congo (Democratic Republic of the), Niger, Burundi, Mozambique, Chad, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Central African Republic, Guinea, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Malawi, Côte d'lvoire, Sudan, Gambia, Benin, Rwanda, Djibouti, Zambia, Comoros, Togo, Uganda, Lesotho, Mauritania, Haiti, Nepal, Nigeria, Senegal, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania, Madagascar, Cameroon, Myanmar, Angola, Timor-Leste, and Bangladesh

Conference Proceedings

Conference proceedings will be visible through i-Proclaim Archive Portal and will be cited through this OAI compliant archive.
Conference Proceedings will be indexed in PKP Index and abcGATE.
The PKP Index is a database of articles, books, and conference proceedings using PKP's free, open source Open Journal Systems, Open Monograph Press, and Open Conference Systems software applications. The PKP Index includes 468418 records indexed from 1915 publications.
The abcGATE is a global metadata repository for digital resources created by libraries and institutions. abcGATE allows a searchable index of the metadata from Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH)-compliant archives, such as sites using Open Conference Systems (OCS).
You have the option for including either abstract only or full paper in the proceedings. If you want your paper to be included, you need to prepare it as per the reference guidelines.
Please note that once the paper is uploaded to the archive, we cannot change it and reload the revised version. For example, if an author has sent only an abstract before the conference and wants to upload the full paper after the conference, this will not be allowed.
Or if an author sent the full paper before the conference to be included in the conference proceedings and after the conference, the author changed their mind and wants to delete the full paper and upload just the abstract, we will not comply to such request. We also cannot upload any updated versions of the paper at the conference proceedings archive.
We will include your full paper or abstract in the proceedings before the conference. We will not comply to any request after the conference in respect to changes in conference proceedings.

All presented outstanding papers will be published in any one of the sponsored peer reviewed refereed international journals.

Note about Publications in sponsoring journals:

Four of the sponsoring journals are listed and indexed by PKP Index, abcGATE and GoogleScholar. We will inform our authors when indexed in ISI and SCOPUS.
Publication in our sponsored journals are not automatic and these are not “pay and publish” type of journals. Go for Research Integrity of our sponsored journals.
Each paper must go through thorough blind peer review process and must be accepted by the editorial board of the respective journal.
The author(s) must revise the paper in full compliance to review report.
Article Processing Charge (APC) of these journal will be waived for all the registered presenter of i-Proclaim ARC 2017.
Authors can have full and immediate access to the full text versions of the research papers via the dedicated OJS Archival Portal.
No complimentary hard copy will be sent to the authors. If authors want to get print hard copy of the journals, they need to pay @ US$ 30 + Shipping charge.
f you submit only abstract for the conference and if you want written review report on your paper, you must submit the full paper (in MS WORD file format) by 10 December 2017.
We will not provide any review report for the full paper which are submitted after the conference or which are not submitted by the deadline.
Please also ensure that you STRICTLY follow the manuscript requirements. When writing your full paper and ensure that your paper is formatted according to the guidelines there.
Our sponsored journals are credible journals that do not publish any articles with false impact factor.
