The Judging Process
We’ve mentioned about the steps you need to take when submitting your nomination to us. If you haven’t read about it, you can go HERE to have a look on those steps.
Now, we would like to share on the judging process, as we often receive questions from the participants, such as “why I can’t see my submission on nominees list?”
No worries, we will explain to you later on—for now, keep reading!
“Why can’t I see my website display on nominees list?”—the explanation here should be sufficient to answer this inquiry.
We hope this post gives you a clearer picture on the ARA judging system. If you still have any question, please do not hesitate to drop us a line at support[at]i-proclaim.my

- Phase 1: After you’ve submitted your application to us, you shall receive an email from us that indicate you that we’ve received your submission. Take note that it doesn’t indicate that your application is approved and listed in the Nominees List.
- Phase 2: Our internal judges will proceed to check out the websites and judge based on the criteria, which includes research grants, professional accomplishments, research contribution and publication, and memberships and professional links. If you would like to know more about the judging criteria, do head HERE for more information.
- Phase 3: After the ARA Internal Judges have done evaluating the nominations, our team will proceed to upload nominees’ biography and profiles on the ARA official archive. Getting confused? No worries, we’re going to give you an example for a clearer picture. For eg, if you submit your application during 20-29 September, you will be one of the nominees of September 30 announcements (If you’re selected by the internal judges). Therefore, your nomination will be displayed on the ARA official archive.
- Phase 4: Once the team has uploaded all the nominations and profiles, the nominees will receive an email notification on their application’s approval and listing on the “Nomination List”. Do take note that the nominations will be listed chronologically based on their time of applications.
